We have a Buyer Agency contract in our office which guarantees you have excellent representation when you are ready to buy a house. The relationship is between yourself and the agent, under contract, which allows the agent to work exclusively with you. The buyer agency gives you the power to no longer be pressured from other agents to work with them, your agent does the work for you, and your agent can research homes that match your criteria and schedule homes to view accordingly.
